WCCS offers affordable senior housing throughout Warren County. Ten elderly housing developments currently meet the needs of seniors wishing to maintain an “at home” lifestyle without all the maintenance worries of larger single family homes.
Each facility has one bedroom apartments which are rent subsidized. Apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, range and disposal. All units are carpeted and have individually controlled air conditioning and heating units. In addition, each unit has emergency medical pull cords, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. An elevator and coin operated laundry are centrally located. Each facility also has a large community room where residents can enjoy social activities.
Four developments have nutrition sites where residents can enjoy a nutritious noontime lunch. Those developments include Earl J. Maag, Union Village, Sherman Glen and Station Hill.
