Board Meetings are open to the public and are held at the WCCS Main Office (645 Oak Street, Lebanon OH). Meetings for 2026 will start at 5pm on the following dates: January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9, and December 14.
