  • Facility Housekeeping/Custodian - Full Time
    A “hands on” position responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the WCCS building and may require work at two locations in the future. Qualified individuals must have a history of demonstrated ability to be self-disciplined, motivated with a strong attention to detail.  Responsible for stocking and monitoring cleaning product inventory, meeting room set-up, open/close building as needed, assist with salt spreading at building entrances to ensure safety for employees and clients. Will be required to do daily routine cleaning as well as floor stripping, waxing, etc. from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with cleaning and OSHA, MSDS, safety requirements a plus. HS diploma/GED plus 3 years’ experience. Due to the nature of our programs, it’s necessary that the person in this position have excellent communication skills for interaction with staff and solid internal customer service. Normal hours are M-F, 8 am - 4:30pm; however, the hours remain flexible to accommodate scheduled meetings and activities. STARTING PAY:  $11.50 per hour.

    Elderly Services Care Manager - Full Time
    Warren County Elderly Services Program (WCESP) is seeking a LSW, RN, or 4-year degreed professional in a related field to provide in-home assessment and coordination of non-skilled services. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with older adults preferred. Computer skills mandatory. Flexible schedule. STARTING PAY: $17.50 per hour.

  • Facilities Maintenance Technician – Full Time
    This is a “hands on” position responsible for routine and advanced work in the repair and general maintenance of the organizations facilities, buildings, equipment and grounds. Basic and advanced skills in building maintenance may be utilized to complete tasks. Self-directed routine maintenance and upkeep required along with job duties as needed/directed by supervisor will be required. The maintenance tech is expected to follow all safety policies and procedures and report on work performed. The general work schedule will run from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with flexibility to ensure needs such as snow removal, deliveries, and other projects as needed.   • Health Services Manager – Full Time 
    Responsible for developing and implementing health services for the Head Start and Early Head Start programs, maintaining child health records and arranging for any follow-up on identified health concerns, including health and development histories, immunizations, and health and dental services needed and completed. Prepares health alerts and individual health plans for children with special medical needs, and provides center staff with information about health conditions as needed. Makes newborn home visits. Week days only. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and RN Licensure. STARTING PAY: $17 per hour.

  • Meals on Wheels Drivers – Part Time and Substitutes
    Drivers deliver meals to Warren County's elderly. Hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, plus attendance at any mandatory meetings as scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have excellent communication and good customer service skills. High School Diploma or GED. Familiar with the Warren County area. Safe driving record for the past three (3) years. Valid, current Ohio driver's license and valid vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen. STARTING PAY: $9.99/hour.
  • Senior Dining Center Coordinator – Substitute
    The Nutrition Department is seeking a caring, friendly and energetic person to serve as a Substitute Dining Center Coordinator at our senior luncheon sites in Lebanon, South Lebanon, Franklin and Morrow. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work independently and complete required documentation. They must have the ability and desire to connect with the elderly. Hours are scheduled on an as-needed basis Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

  • Head Start Teacher – Full Time
    Teacher Positions available at our 5-Star SUTQ rated Early Learning Centers. There are three co-teachers in each classroom with 1-19 children. Full year or school year positions available, 38-40 hours a week. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a CDA credential, prefer an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education. STARTING PAY: $12.00 - $15.00/hour depending on qualifications  with a pay increase after successful 6 months introductory period. Benefits available, 11 paid holidays, accumulated paid leave time for illness, vacation, and personal time off.

  • Early Head Start Teacher – Full time 
    Position available in our multi-age infant and toddler classroom. Three teachers care for 8 infants and toddlers. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a degree in ECE or infant-toddler CDA, and ability to relate to infants and toddlers with warmth and understanding. STARTING PAY: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
