Our Mission: WCCS' mission is to strengthen the fabric of our community by providing services and connecting people to resources necessary for realizing their full potential for a quality life.

  • Strengthening Families and Providing Essential Services
    • Provides 514 units of affordable and safe housing to seniors and families.
    • Assists children and their families with Emergency Assistance through its Family Services program.

  • Supporting Independence for Older Adults
    • Over 290,000 meals delivered annually through the Meals on Wheels™ Program.
    • Travel more than 130,000 miles annually providing access to healthcare services for homebound seniors.

  • Creating Successful “I’m Ready for Kindergarten” Programs
    • Offers the finest quality “Early Learning Experience” for more than 500 young children ages birth to 4 years old.
    • Has accredited programs throughout Warren county including Carlisle, Franklin, Lebanon, South Lebanon.


WCCS is the largest charitable provider of social services to seniors, children and their families in Warren County. WCCS touches every community and all ages in Warren County. WCCS impacts the lives of over 10,000 people each year. No other organization in Warren County does what we do…
