Family Housing
WCCS has developed and managed housing for families and the elderly since the early 1980’s. The agency is committed to providing safe affordable housing to those who are income eligible.
Colony Woods Apartments, a WCCS family housing development, has a total of 42 spacious units of safe, clean, affordable, rental housing located in Lebanon. The family friendly apartments have three bedrooms with 1½ - 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer hookup.
Wooded grounds offer a playground and basketball court.
