Head Start Teachers – Full Time
Positions located at the Lebanon and Carlisle centers. Qualifications: Must have at least a CDA credential, prefer an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. 38-40 hours a week, 9 months per year. STARTING PAY: $11.26 - $13.09 per hour depending on qualifications.
Early Head Start Teachers – Full Time
Position is for multi-age infant & toddler classroom at the new Carlisle Early Learning Center opening in August. Qualifications: Must have a degree in ECE or infant-toddler CDA, and ability to relate to infants and toddlers with warmth and understanding. STARTING PAY: $11.26 - $13.09 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Maintenance Technician – Full Time
This position is a "hands on" position requiring considerable communication and building maintenance skills and will work at all WCCS locations. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires an Associate Degree or 3-4 years of experience in a related field. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License, and liability insurance. STARTING PAY: $13.07 per hour.
Custodian/Maintenance Specialist – Full Time
Position is located at the South Lebanon Early Learning Center. Qualifications: Responsible for minor repairs, maintenance, and custodial service to keep the building and playground clean and safe. STARTING PAY: Starting pay: $11.26 per hour.
Energy Intake Specialist I – Full-Time
The Energy Intake Specialist will be processing confidential client information to verify eligibility for all available Energy Programs. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, basic computer skills, reliable transportation and excellent communication skills. STARTING PAY: $12.57/hour.
Meals on Wheels Drivers - Part Time, No evenings, No weekends.
Drivers deliver meals to Warren County's elderly. Hours are 8:30 am – 1:30 pm Monday through Friday, plus attendance at any mandatory meetings as scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Must be reliable and familiar with the Warren County area. Safe driving record for the past three (3) years. Valid, current Ohio driver's license and valid vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen. STARTING PAY: $9.57/hour.

Drivers deliver meals to Warren County's elderly. Hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, plus attendance at any mandatory meetings as scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have excellent communication and good customer service skills. High School Diploma or GED. Familiar with the Warren County area. Safe driving record for the past three (3) years. Valid, current Ohio driver's license and valid vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen. STARTING PAY: $9.29/hour.
Senior Dining Center Coordinator – Substitute
The Nutrition Department is seeking a caring, friendly and energetic person to serve as a Substitute Dining Center Coordinator at our senior luncheon sites in Lebanon, South Lebanon, Franklin and Morrow. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work independently and complete required documentation. They must have the ability and desire to connect with the elderly. Hours are scheduled on an as-needed basis Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Nutrition Office Billing Coordinator – Full Time
The Nutrition Department is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, caring, friendly and energetic person to coordinate the activities of the Nutrition Office. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or its equivalent required; advanced education preferred. The ideal candidate must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and data bases, have billing experience, ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and complete other documentation in a timely manner. They must be willing to cross train and adapt to the changing needs of the department. They must have the ability and desire to connect with the elderly. Hours are Monday - Friday 35 to 40 hours a week.
