AVAILABLE POSITIONS

  • Head Start Teachers – Full Time
    Positions located at the Lebanon and Carlisle centers. Qualifications: Must have at least a CDA credential, prefer an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. 38-40 hours a week, 9 months per year. STARTING PAY: $11.26 - $13.09 per hour depending on qualifications.

  • Early Head Start Teachers – Full Time
    Position is for multi-age infant & toddler classroom at the new Carlisle Early Learning Center opening in August. Qualifications: Must have a degree in ECE or infant-toddler CDA, and ability to relate to infants and toddlers with warmth and understanding. STARTING PAY: $11.26 - $13.09 per hour, depending on qualifications.

  • Family Advocate – Full Time
    The Family Advocate enrolls children and supports parents with family goal setting for Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships. Qualifications: Must have experience working with high need families, technology skills, and strong communication skills. Prefer college level coursework in family studies or social work. STARTING PAY: $10.66 per hour, or $11.26 with Family Advocate Certificate.

  • Custodian/Maintenance Specialist – Full Time
    Position is located at the South Lebanon Early Learning Center. Qualifications: Responsible for minor repairs, maintenance, and custodial service to keep the building and playground clean and safe. STARTING PAY: Starting pay: $11.26 per hour.

  • Energy Intake Specialist I – Full-Time
    The Energy Intake Specialist will be processing confidential client information to verify eligibility for all available Energy Programs. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, basic computer skills, reliable transportation and excellent communication skills. STARTING PAY: $12.57/hour.

  • IT Support Technician – Full Time
    Primary focus is in the areas of computer operations, user desk side support (hardware & software) and network concepts. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree plus 3-4 years. of experience required. STARTING PAY: $14.00/hour.

  • Meals on Wheels Drivers - Part Time, No evenings, No weekends.
    Drivers deliver meals to Warren County's elderly. Hours are 8:30 am – 1:30 pm Monday through Friday, plus attendance at any mandatory meetings as scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Must be reliable and familiar with the Warren County area. Safe driving record for the past three (3) years. Valid, current Ohio driver's license and valid vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen. STARTING PAY: $9.57/hour.

  • Meals on Wheels Drivers – Substitute
    Drivers deliver meals to Warren County's elderly. Hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, plus attendance at any mandatory meetings as scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have excellent communication and good customer service skills. High School Diploma or GED. Familiar with the Warren County area. Safe driving record for the past three (3) years. Valid, current Ohio driver's license and valid vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen. STARTING PAY: $9.29/hour.

  • Elderly Services Care Manager - Full Time
    Warren County Elderly Services Program (ESP) is seeking a LSW, RN, or 4-year degreed professional in a related field to provide in-home assessment and coordination of non-skilled services. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with older adults preferred. Computer skills mandatory. Flexible schedule. STARTING PAY: $16.84/hour.

  • Senior Dining Center Coordinator – Part Time
    Seeking a caring friendly and energetic person to serve lunch at Union Village luncheon site located in South Lebanon. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires the ability and desire to connect with the elderly. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and complete required documents. 10 am to 2 pm M-F, STARTING PAY: $9.57/hour.

  • Senior Dining Center Coordinator – Substitute
    The Nutrition Department is seeking a caring, friendly and energetic person to serve as a Substitute Dining Center Coordinator at our senior luncheon sites in Lebanon, South Lebanon, Franklin and Morrow. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work independently and complete required documentation. They must have the ability and desire to connect with the elderly. Hours are scheduled on an as-needed basis Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

  • Cook – Full Time
    Preparing & packaging meals for over 1,200 Meals on Wheels clients, maintaining clean kitchen environment, adhering to health department food safety requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Three years' experience in a food service operation with large quantity production, High school diploma or GED, basic math calculations, read a thermometer, Serv-Safe certification a plus. (M-F), STARTING PAY: $9.48/hour.
